Designed for quality-conscious truck owners seeking exceptional value, this system features Carli SPEC 2.0″ Diameter, Internal Reservoir shocks and a custom tune for all-around comfort on-road, in town, highway, and while towing/hauling. With a 2.5" lift height, no front or rear geometry correction is needed, unlike our 3" Systems.
At its core, this system boasts a 2.5" lift, Linear Rate Coil Spring paired with the Carli SPEC 2.0 shocks. These high-performance shocks are built with 6063 Aluminum construction, anodized body for corrosion resistance, a hardened steel chrome plated shaft, and offer full serviceability & rebuildability. Backed by a 1-year warranty serviced by Carli, these shocks deliver consistent damping with premium 5WT oil for optimal performance.
For 2019 Ram 3500 trucks with lowered rear ends, we provide a 1" Billet Block and U-Bolts to accommodate the larger AAM 12" Axle (4.25" Axle Tubes). The rear springs remain unmodified, maintaining load capacity while improving predictability. This kit is perfect for those seeking improved ride quality and handling without significant travel increases. The 2.5" lift height doesn't require geometry correction.
Installation may slightly pull the front axle to the Driver's side, which can be corrected using our Adjustable Track Bar. Adding our Torsion Sway Bar substantially enhances ride quality. We recommend a 35" tire on a wheel no wider than 9" with 5.5"-6" Backspace. Optimal ride quality is achieved with an 18" diameter wheel (more rubber = better small bump compliance), and we suggest an unloaded tire pressure of 45F/40R. For larger tires, our Carli Low-Mount Steering Stabilizer is recommended.
Please note that this system is not compatible with other Carli Suspension Systems, as it is designed to provide a quality solution with minimal lift and part inclusion. We recommend slight eccentric bolt compensation for caster correction since no Radius Arm Drops are included. While we didn't experience coil bow in our test trucks, it may occur at the 2.5" lift height without a Radius Arm Drop Bracket.
